Owner-to-Owner Rentals

If you would like to make your week available to rent by another owner, fill out the form below.

Please note: In order to use this service, owners must be in good standing, with no outstanding maintenance fee or special assessment balance. If you list your week here, you cannot submit your week to Vacatia's rental program or deposit with an exchange company. The front desk will not maintain any information regarding the rental price. The owner listing the unit is responsible for:

• Notifying the Emerald Seas front desk (954-427-1300) who will be using the unit

• Contacting the front desk to remove the listing once the unit is rented or if the owner wishes to remove the listing prior to usage

• Collection of the rental fee from the renting owner
