Owner-to-Owner Sales

If you would like to sell your week to another owner, please fill out the form below.​

Please note: In order to use this service, owners must be in good standing, with no outstanding maintenance fee or special assessment balance. The owner listing the unit is responsible for:

​

• Notifying the Emerald Seas front desk (954-427-1300) who purchased your unit

• Working with the front desk and Vacatia to complete required paperwork to complete your sales transaction and paying any related membership certificate transfer or processing fees

• Contacting the front desk to remove the listing once the unit is sold or if you wish to remove or edit the listing prior to a sale

• Collection of the sales fee from the purchasing owner, remittance of taxes, and declaring of income
